How do I delete my account?

Deletion is permanent, and it lives one step deeper on purpose: Settings → Manage account → Delete account, on every app.

You can delete your Mowdew account from inside the app on every surface — web, iPhone and Android. Deletion is permanent: it removes your login and your personal data, and it can't be undone.

Open Settings

On the phone apps, open the More tab (or the gear icon on your home screen). On the web, open Settings from your menu.

Open “Manage account”

Near the bottom of Settings, just under Sign out, tap Manage account. The delete option lives one step deeper on purpose, so it never gets hit by accident — this article is the map to it.

Confirm the deletion

Tap Delete account and confirm. If you run a business on Mowdew, deleting your account also removes your business data — export anything you need first (Money → Export).

This can't be undone

Once deleted, your visits, photos and history are gone for good. If you just want a break, sign out instead — everything will be waiting when you come back.
