Location features lean on your phone's GPS and battery, so a low battery or a weak fix can stop an auto check-in. It never stops the work from being recorded.
Fall back to manual
If GPS is struggling, check in and out by hand — the visit records exactly the same. For reliable auto check-in, keep the app allowed to use location while you work and your battery above a sliver.

Location is an assistA dead battery or bad signal can never block a recorded visit. Manual logging is always available — that is a core rule of the platform.
