A check-in didn't happen

Auto check-in relies on GPS. If it missed, the pro can check in manually — the visit is still timestamped and location-stamped.
If a visit did not check in automatically, nothing is lost — auto check-in is only a convenience. Your pro can record the visit by hand and it counts exactly the same.
Log the visit manually
On the visit, use manual check-in and check-out. The time and work are recorded just as they would be automatically.
This is expected, not a bugWeak GPS or no signal can stop an auto check-in, and that is fine — manual check-in always works. Recorded work is never blocked by location.
