A photo won't upload

Photos upload when there's a connection. If one is stuck, reconnect and it retries; the visit still records without it.
A photo that will not upload is almost always a signal problem. The photo is saved on the device — it uploads on its own once you have a connection again.
Let it retry on signal
Keep the app open when you regain signal and the pending photos finish uploading. You do not need to retake them.
Nothing is lostPhotos are held on the device until they upload — a dropped connection never loses the picture.
