Trace it back to the visits
Owners: open the invoice and check the visits it drew from in Money. Homeowners: open the invoice to see the exact visits it covers, and contact your provider if something looks wrong.
One shared recordThe invoice and the visit log the homeowner sees are the same truth — fixing the visits fixes the invoice.
